Where is my order?

Every order ships free across Australia, and the main parcel is sent with tracked delivery. Tracking details will be emailed when they become available after dispatch. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for your order number. Your order confirmation and shipping emails come from Wagvora and include a tracking link once available. Complimentary gift parcels (such as the travel bowl) may be dispatched separately and may not include tracking.

Can't find your tracking?

Can’t find your tracking? Email support@wagvora.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will help locate or resend the available tracking details. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
