Product and fit
Will it fit my vehicle?
The extender measures approximately 132 × 62 × 55 cm overall and is designed for many cars and mid-size SUVs, but fit is not guaranteed for every vehicle. Measure your rear-seat width, seat depth, footwell gap and headrest configuration using our vehicle fit guide before ordering.
How much extra space does it create?
The extender bridges the footwell gap so the usable platform reaches beyond the seat base. Overall it measures approximately 132 × 62 × 55 cm — compare this with your own rear-seat measurements.
What is it made from?
An Oxford-fabric cover with cotton padding over removable rigid support plates, with a front-facing mesh window between the front seats, solid quilted raised side panels, storage pockets, seat-belt openings and orange reinforced attachment tabs.
Ordering and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Shipping is free across Australia and the main parcel for your order is tracked — tracking details will be emailed when they become available after dispatch. Estimated delivery for the Back Seat Extender is 2–7 business days for most metro locations; regional and remote locations may take longer. Complimentary gift items, such as the travel bowl, may be dispatched separately and may not include tracking. If you haven’t received tracking details, email support@wagvora.com with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Every order includes free shipping across Australia. The main parcel is tracked, and tracking details will be emailed when they become available after dispatch — see our track your order page for help finding them. Complimentary gift parcels may not include tracking.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email support@wagvora.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Returns and damaged orders
How do returns work?
Returns are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact support@wagvora.com before returning an item. Do not send returns to our postal address unless specifically instructed.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@wagvora.com with your order number and photos, and we will put it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Email support@wagvora.com if you have a question about a refund in progress.
Installation and features
How is it installed?
The straps clip to the rear headrests, the extender sits across the seat and footwell, and all straps are adjusted before travel.
Does it have storage pockets?
Yes — storage pockets keep leads and essentials handy, and there is a front-facing mesh window between the front seats plus openings for seat-belt access.
Animal restraint and safe use
Does it replace a dog restraint?
No. Wagvora products are vehicle-protection and comfort accessories. They are not crash-tested restraints and do not replace an appropriate animal restraint. Always secure your dog in line with your state's road rules.
How should it be used safely?
Use it together with an appropriate animal restraint, check all straps before driving, and never leave a dog unattended in a vehicle.
